Lent is underway! Join us for worship at noon OR at 7pm. Lunch follows the noon service and dinner precedes the evening service. (Our offerings collected from the noon service will be in support of Family of God ministry in Detroit) Be sure to join us!

Spring is coming!  We often spend time Spring cleaning, taking time to refresh our homes and yards and get things “set” for the summer months.  Spring is a great time to “freshen up” your relationship with our Pastor as well.  Pastor Hinojosa has been with us for 9 months already and he would like to come out and visit you and your families!  He is making time on his calendar for home visits on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in the afternoons or evenings (1pm or 6pm). There is a sign up sheet in the narthex this weekend where we are asking you to please sign up for a visit time, being sure to select afternoon or evening.  This is a great opportunity to get to know Pastor better and talk with him about any concerns and your hopes and dreams for our church family! Talk with Pastor Hinojosa if you have any questions or have a special circumstance!

A sign up sheet is in the narthex this Sunday for our Palm Sunday brunch.  Please take a look and see what you can do to help us on this day as we begin Holy Week!

Family of God is looking for donations of travel sized, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and deodorant.  If you would like to help them out, items may be placed in the trunk in the narthex and will be taken down to Family of God when we serve dinners and lunches!  Thank you for your support!

It is time to place your order for an Easter Lily!  Envelopes are available in the narthex.  Please make a notation if you would like to offer your plant in memory or celebration of someone or some special occasion.  Cost is $8 and we have a limited amount of plants available, so get your order in soon!  Plan to take your lily plant home immediately following worship on Easter morning.  If you need to pick up your lily another time, you must make arrangements with Rosemarie Butler.  Thank you for your support in helping us celebrate Easter!

Hop on down the bunny trail to our Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28, 10-11:30 a.m. for children 3-11 years old. There will be eggs to hunt, games, crafts, and the Easter Bunny will be here—lots of fun for all! We are asking for donations of individually wrapped Easter candy/treats and small toys that can be put in the trunk in the narthex. (We do NOT need any plastic eggs.) There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the narthex for volunteers who are willing to help with the event. If you have questions, talk with Ed or Sharon Kaiser or Marabeth Warnke.

Forever Young: Rescheduled Holocaust Museum Our trip to the Zekelman Holocaust Center (28123 Orchard Lake Road, Farmington Hills) has been rescheduled to 1-3:30pm on Thursday, Mar 26.  A pre-tour Luncheon (and ride share), is here at Prince of Peace from noon-12:45pm. Ladies you’re invited to the 62nd Annual Luncheon of the Council of Lutheran Women (CLW) on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 This year’s luncheon will be held at the Mirage, 16980 18 Mile Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48038. Reservations are $38.00 per person, which includes a $2.00/person donation to seminarians and CLW-supported food banks. May 29—Forever Young: The Songs of America Join the Forever Young group for a patriotic concert by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra on Friday, May 29. The theme is “Songs of America” a great way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday! A bus will leave Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church at 9am for downtown Detroit. Payment of $72/person will cover your concert ticket and bus ride. There are 55 seats available on a first come, first served basis. Bring your own donuts, coffee provided at DSO! Make checks out Christ Our Savior, with Forever Young on notation line; and can be dropped off at the Christ Our Savior church office.  Call CoS with any questions.
