• Family of God service is on Monday, October 21. If you would like to give volunteering a try, stop by the church at 5:15 and carpool with our group to Family of God and serve the needy a delicious meal!  Talk with Pastor Mark if you have any questions.
• Movie Night is next Friday evening, October 25 at 5pm. Join us for Camp Hideout, a family friendly movie about a troubled teen who steals an important item from two big-city goons, and hides in a church summer camp. He must protect his newfound friends at all cost when the goons track him down.  Bring your family and enjoy free pizza and a special spooky treat!  All are welcome.
• “Faith ‘n’ Blue” is a Trunk or Treat event sponsored by Farmington Hills Police Department in partnership with the local houses of worship. It will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Costick Center from noon to 3 p.m. Your help is needed to join the fun of passing out treats to the kids. We have received funds through Thrivent as an action group. Be part of the action! Look for the Grinch.
• AWPC 2024 fall Banquet is sold out! Please keep Another Way Pregnancy Center in your prayers and if you missed your chance to grab your ticket, you can see their webpage to be added to the wait list.  org.

Prince of Peace will be celebrating All Saints’ day the first Sunday of November.  On this day, we remember all the faithful departed in the past year. (from November 1, 2023 to November 1, 2024.) if you would like to add a special person to our list of names to be remembered this year, please send an email to the church office or Pastor Mark.

Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes packing day is coming up!  Please consider a donation of $10 per box for the shipping & handling as they continue to reach & teach children globally. Mark your check for this purpose as we aim to fill 100+ boxes on Sunday, Nov. 10th. Please pray for those who will be packing, distributing and receiving the Good News.

LWML Fall Rally will be at Christ Our Savior, 14175 Farmington Road, Livonia, 48154, on Saturday, October 26 from 9:30am - 12:00pm.  Mike Redford, Mission Advancement Representative, from Wellspring Lutheran Service Foundation will be the guest speaker. Afterwards,  enjoy a light snack and servant opportunity.  Our ingathering will be to support the children and families in metro Detroit, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, baby diapers, baby wipes, & school supplies.  Gift cards are really most welcome so families can get what they need. October 27—Reformation Sunday Tune up your voices for “A Mighty Fortress is Our God”—Reformation Sunday is coming up! On this day we remember our history and the reforms that Martin Luther began in the church. To celebrate, join our friends at Christ our Savior for a festival service at 3pm to honor Reformation Day. Following the service they have a meal and time for fellowship in the CoS gym. All are welcome. There is no cost and no need to pre-register.

The Lutheran Center Association of Detroit invites you to their annual Lutherfest Concert, which will take place at Guardian Lutheran Church in Dearborn on Sunday, November 3 at 3pm. This year's program will celebrate the 500th anniversary of the first Lutheran hymnals, and highlight the hymnody of the Lutheran Church from over the last five-hundred years. Join us for this wonderful afternoon celebrating our musical heritage in the Lutheran Church.
