It’s time to think Christmas in July. This is when summer clearance continues and back-to-school sales begin. Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes might seem like months away, but it’s time to collect items before they are gone. Think sun! Think fun! (Flip-flops, sunglasses, water bottles, beach toys, water toys, etc.) Switch aisles for crayons, notebooks, pencils, erasers, scissors, etc. Be blessed as you shop to bless others. Thanks for your support in reaching out to kids around the world with the love of Jesus.
Family of God! Did you know, we serve dinner at Family of God the third Monday of each month? Have you thought about joining us to serve the less fortunate? Take an opportunity to join in the fun coming up next on Monday, July 20th. We gather at 5pm to load up our delicious meal and carpool as a group to serve at their church building. Talk with Sandy or John Blair if you have any questions, they will be happy to address your concerns. We can always use more hands to help.
Support Prince of Peace by shopping at Kroger! Did you know if you shop at Kroger you can use your shopping to support your church? You can easily raise money for Prince of Peace by using the Kroger Community Rewards program. By linking your Shopper's Card, a percentage of your regular grocery spending will go directly to PoP at no extra cost to you. Be sure your card is linked to Prince of Peace today and let’s see how much we can raise!
Church office schedule change: The church office manager hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm. Please keep this in mind when submitting bulletin or prayer updates and requests.
