The 8 a.m. Service
The 8 a.m. service utilizes a liturgical format with roots that go back to the second and third centuries. Traditional organ and brass music accompany the congregation in the chanted portions of the liturgy and the hymns. The rich heritage of this service, combined with the deep truths of ancient hymns, is a much needed anchor in the seas of change.
There are several special music groups that participate regularly in this service. The Choristers are one of the most cherished of the musical groups.
The 10:30 a.m. Service
The 10:30 a.m. service meets in the new worship area. The upbeat music and the casual atmosphere remind us that God comes to us in the ordinary things. The timeless truths of God's Word are shared with the participants through easy-to-sing music and modern imagery. Casual dress is the norm for this service. Children are encouraged to pick up an activity bag as they enter the sanctuary.
