Youth & Young Adult

Prince of Peace offers many opportunities for our children's education, spiritual growth, and fellowship.Youth and Young Adult Ministry begins with children in pre-school and continues through high school, and young adults in middle school, high school and college.

The Prince of Peace Sunday School is dedicated to strengthening your child's walk with Jesus. We serve a broad range of ages – children from two years old through high school!

We challenge the children to grow in the outward expression of their faith through service projects, which reach out to church members and to the community. Each year they support a mission or outreach that has a goal of making Jesus known to other children.

We meet every Sunday, September through May, from 9:45-10:30am. Join us, won't you?

Fine Arts Camp is another unique opportunity available to children from six to eleven years old. This camp teaches the love of Christ and Christian living through art, music, and drama are taught. For more information, click here.

Middle School/Confirmation: (6th-8th Grades) This ministry is based on the Faith Inkubators Program also known as Fink. Youth gather together three to four times each month for Learning Sessions, Social Activities, and Servant Events. They learn what it means to be Christian Child of God while building lasting relationships with each other, adult leaders, and their families. Events include a lock-in and a spiritual retreat as well as occasional events with the Senior High.

College & Young Adult Ministry: This ministry supports our youth as they progress through their college years into adulthood, growing their faith as they make it uniquely their own and learn to apply it to their decision making. Youth are challenged in Bible Study and encouraged through "care packages." This program provides support for a maturing faith and tools to help youth live in this world as a Christian adult – wherever life may take them.
